YES, click the yes link below and you will have to enter it in the parts finder and you will see the model name on the left of the form (sample picture below) and you can pick the correct cover from there.​

NO, click the no button and the link will show you where the serial number location is on their hot tub/spa, you can also email them the link for the serial number location link if that helps and if they find it, use the YES info to the left.  

If still no luck then you can try to patch in YORK at 613-276-7504 or get their phone number and email and he will contact them.
